Greece-based Nasdaq listed shipowner OceanPal Inc. through a separate wholly-owned subsidiary has signed a memorandum of agreement to sell to a third party its capesize bulk carrier.

The shipowner and operator of dry bulk vessels and product tankers sold to an undisclosed third party the Salt Lake City, a 2005-built vessel built by Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering Co. Ltd, with delivery to the buyer latest by February 20.
