Russian captain charged over deadly North Sea collision with Stena tanker
The master of a container ship involved in a deadly collision in the North Sea is due in an English court on Saturday after being charged with gross negligence manslaughter.
Russian Vladimir Motin, 59, of the Primorsky district of St Petersburg, remains in custody until his appearance before magistrates in Hull, said Humberside police which has been leading the criminal investigation.
