DryDel Shipping, led by Costas Delaportas, shared a photo in the social media of its newly delivered Namura ship M/V Capri Island.
The vessel joins DryDel’s long-term chartered-in fleet from close Japanese owners, DryDel said.
Delivered from Namura Shipyard in Japan the ship, a 40,000-dwt handysize, is the last newbuilding the company has welcomed into its fleet.

Mr. Fotis Mourikis, the company’s director-head of business development, served as the godfather during the naming ceremony.
“Proudly built at Namura Shipbuilding Co Ltd (Imari Shipyard), its efficiency showcases the unmatched quality of Japanese engineering,” the shipowner said in a social media post.
